Latisha is a graduate of the School-Based Family Counseling Master’s Program at CSU, Los Angeles. After many years working in the public sector, Latisha identified the need to promote and encourage strength-based dialogue surrounding mental health care at the state, county, community and individual levels. Her personal experience overcoming many traumatic life events and witnessing the constant struggle of children and their families trying to navigate multiple complex systems resulted in Latisha understanding the importance of addressing one's mental well-being, in order to ensure success in the future.

Latisha believes that with guidance and a strong support system, individuals can accomplish their goals. She created Blueprint Counseling Solutions with the belief that people aren't aware of their true potential until they learn to navigate through resources and use their inner strength to tap into hidden talents.

CA- ASSOCIATE MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST #123150

Supervised by Latisha Hill Joseph, LMFT #105316

After serving on active duty with the U.S. Navy for 10 years (and now as a reservist), Cierra felt there was a need to take a step deeper to go beyond the numbers and actually serve people. In pursuit of a humanistic approach toward people, she completed her B.A. in Psychology at San Diego Christian College, then obtained a Master’s in Clinical Counseling form Point Loma Nazarene University. During her graduate studies, she completed her practicum hours at San Diego Center for Children where she worked with adolescents (11-17 years old) who experienced challenges with social anxiety, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder and depression. She also received additional experience as a clinical intern for the Center for Enriching Relationships working with adults presenting with generalized anxiety disorder, body dysmorphia, mood disorders and phobias. As a clinician, she operates from a humanistic approach to not only gain insight to her clients overall being, but also to help them heal, be restored and to guide them on their true path to a good quality of life.

Motto: “Be unapologetically and authentically you, as your life depends on it.”
