Greetings from Blueprint Counseling Solutions!

We are doing our best to keep you up-to-date with information that impacts your access to mental health services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please take the time to read the information below and in past posts.

I am currently accepting new clients. Please visit my Psychology Today page for additional details about the practice and fee schedule. If you are ready to move forward, you can schedule your initial appointment through the Client Portal.

New Office Hours: Monday- Friday 10am-7pm

Currently, all appointments have been provided through Telehealth since March 16, 2020. It will remain this way until further notice. I will do my best to accomodate your schedule needs, but there are no guarantees. I hope that you all can assist me with making me this a smooth transition for all of the Blueprint Family during this unprecedented time.

When the COVID-19 situation has been mitigated, we will return to normal business hours and I will do my best to accommodate schedule preferences.


Telehealth Platforms

First, I will be collecting and verifying your contact information, emergency contacts, your location at the time of your appointment, and other details over the next 1-2 weeks. This is to ensure I can manage possible safety concerns that may arise since I am not with you physically. Please be patient and understanding with this process.

Next, due to the rapid influx of Telehealth services being provided across the nation, there will be occasional technical issues on the platforms we are utilizing, which are typically beyond my control. As a way to reduce service interruption, we will do the following:

(1) Primary Mode of Service: Clients are required to utilize Simple Practice Telehealth. You can access your video appointments from the weblink provided to you via Computer/ Laptop or by downloading the app to your mobile/ tablet device. (2) Secondary Mode of Service: If we are experiencing technical difficulties, I will contact you by telephone to resume your session.

Please remember to access your client portal for appointment needs (scheduling, payment, uploading documentation, etc). You can now schedule appointments within 24 hours of the time slot and 2 months in advance.

If you have not participated in therapy services for a period of 30+ days, your client portal is/will be deactivated. In order to re-engage with services, you will need to contact me by phone (619-844-1345) and complete a screening before resuming services.
