Blueprint Counseling Solutions (BCS) values your health during this time. In order to minimize risk, all appointments will be provided by video.
BCS uses a secure, HIPAA-compliant software to provide telehealth services. You can access your video appointment through an individualized weblink or by downloading from the APP store: Simple Practice Telehealth (see image).
You will be provided your video link by text prior to your appointment. Please download the app or login through a laptop/ computer at your scheduled appointment time. If you have an email on file, you should also receive an email link. Thank you!
Finally, as a result of this pandemic, my vacation travels were cancelled. I will still be taking several days out of the office (March 18-March 22), but telehealth appointments can be booked through your client portal beginning March 23, 2020. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me through your client portal or via phone at 619-844-1345. We are thankful for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
